Electricity Cost

The question is no longer “Can you afford a solar energy system” but it is “Can you afford NOT to have a solar energy system”.

You have probably heard in the news or even might have already experienced the electricity price increase. Electricity is due to increase in July this year (in NSW other states have already felt the pinch) and will continue to rise over the coming years. As the cost of coal power generation continues to rise due to the damage on the environment, the price increases will be handed down to you, the customer. There isn’t a better time to get solar power while rebates and feed in tariffs are in place than now. As can be seen electricity is due to increase by up to 62% over the next 3 years.
